Yoga Nidra itself is an ancient practice spanning thousands of years, in which we may enter profound states of relaxation yet we remain awake and present to each moment. IRest Yoga Nidra is an evidence based transformative practice of deep relaxation and meditative inquiry that releases negative emotions and thought patterns, calms the nervous system, and develops an inner sanctuary of well-being and equanimity that underlies all circumstance you may encounter in your life. Please note that no previous experience of iRest Yoga Nidra is required to take part and enjoy this course. Recordings of the meditations will be made available for listening and downloading in your own time.
